Return & Refund Policy

At Vyro Fashion, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags must be intact.

  • The item must be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Customers must provide correct payment details to receive the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider.

  • If the issue still persists, contact us.
